Spicy chicken skewers with lemon scones
I want to present to Your attention a simple to prepare, but interesting taste, delicious chicken barbecue! Spices adds piquancy and flavor. And how perfectly set off the taste of barbecue pellet with a subtle citrus note! Wonder why I didn't make such cakes before.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    0.5 tsp

  • Sumy

    0.25 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Slice the chicken pieces in the thickness 2 see

To make the marinade. Mix soy sauce with vegetable oil, sumac, cumin, turmeric and grated on a fine grater garlic. Add marinade chicken, mix thoroughly and refrigerate for 6-8 hours.

Knead the dough. Mix the flour with yogurt, salt, baking powder and grated zest. Knead thoroughly and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
