Very delicious and beautiful cake. On a shortbread crust - whole apples in a gentle cottage cheese-sour cream filling. Perfectly complement the taste of nuts and raisins.

Cooking
Grind in a blender with the cold butter with sugar, egg yolk and sour cream. Add flour and baking powder and knead the dough.
The bottom of a split form with baking paper and distribute the dough, making bumpers. Make nakoly with a fork. Send a billet in the fridge.
Make filling. Remove Apple core. Grind the nuts, wash the raisins and soak in three tablespoons of brandy, then drain off. Combine nuts and raisins. Optionally, you can add honey or sugar, spices.
Do fill. Grind in a blender the cottage cheese, sour cream, semolina, sugar, eggs and remaining protein, to taste add the cinnamon and vanilla sugar.
On the dough put apples and place in each filling, tamping tightly. Remnants distributed along the bottom. Spread the filling between the apples to the apples.
Send the cake for 40-45 minutes in oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cooled cake sprinkle with coarsely ground nuts.
Most importantly, give the cake to cool down well, then it can be trimmed.
