Description
Granite (ital. Granita) is a Sicilian dessert which is a sweet crushed ice. What else is needed to freshen up at the ball after three rounds of the waltz?! Of course granite!!! The recipe is from the book "the World encyclopedia of coffee", slightly modified by me

Cooking
Brew the coffee. I brewed in the coffee machine. But it is possible and in Turku.
In cold coffee, add sugar "Mistral" and cognac
Pour into container and put in the freezer
Periodically take out and stir with a fork to a grainy structure. Freezing occupied from 2 to 4 hours. During this time, at least three times to mix the granite with a fork
Traditional feed in cups or glasses. Decorate with shavings of white chocolate or whipped cream
Can be submitted in the coffee or tea cups with decoration of dark chocolate
