Cooking
Walnuts fry on a dry pan for about 2 minutes on low heat. Turn off the heat and leave the nuts in the pan.
In a saucepan pour the condensed milk. Add unrefined cane sugar. Stir. Add the cocoa powder. Stir and put the saucepan on a medium heat. When the mass warms up, then diminish gas.
Added walnuts. Mix well. Cook a lot until thick.
Form to pour the chocolates covered with foil and grease with melted butter. On the bottom of the form put slices of sweet cracker.
Pour the bulk into a form. Cover with whole nuts so that when the division into individual candies in the middle of one candy was the hazelnut. Candy left on the table to cool them down. Then put in the fridge to full hardening. The mass is cut into individual sweets and served with tea.
