Cranberry burfi with grapes
I suggest to try Indian sweetness "Burfi" on the basis of cranberry sauce D arbo. Sweets Indian cuisine tastes like sweet and gentle sweet cranberry aroma.

Ingredients

  • Berry sauce

    60 ml

  • Butter

    45 g

  • Dry milk

    90 g

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Cream

    50 g

  • Grapes

    8 piece

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Butter cut into pieces and add it to the pan. Put the saucepan on slow fire. When the butter has melted, then add the sugar. Stir.

Then add the cream. Mix well.

Add cranberry sauce. Stir. Then add the milk and stir. Boil for 3-5 minutes. The mixture should be the consistency of a thick cream. Remove from the heat and allow to cool a little.

Then beat with a mixer. Put the mass into the form to solidify. Distribute the grapes. Put in the freezer to solidify. When serving, cut into pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
