Making pancakes out this recipe very nice and tasty thin dough alternated with crispy caramel. Simple, quick and delicious!

Cooking
Sugar dissolving in water, bring to boil and cook on very low heat until thick.
Remove from heat and add soy sauce. I use Sweet soy sauce TM Cccamp. It is naturally fermented and is ideal for desserts and pastries.
For the dough, mix sugar with eggs.
Add milk, flour, salt. Knead the dough.
Pour the batter into a greased pan.
While our pancake baked on one side, a small spoon, draw a spiral with the caramel on the other side.
Turn over and bake the other side until done. Do not pour a lot of caramel, and it can burn. In this case, just wipe the pan with paper towel.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve!
