Pumpkin pie with strategem
Moist, spicy pumpkin pie with a filling of apples and raisins, with a crunchy sweet strzelam! A good option for an autumn tea party!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    210 g

  • Butter

  • Pumpkin

    260 g

  • Sour cream

    70 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Apple

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, a pinch of salt and butter, grated on a coarse grater.

Grind all together to a state of crumbs. About 1/3 paved and set aside - this streusel for the top layer of the pie.

In the remaining 2/3 of the crumbs add mashed pumpkin (to cook pumpkin cleaned, cut into pieces, put in baking dish and bake in the oven, allow to cool, interrupting in a blender, puree), sour cream, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and baking powder.

Mix thoroughly until smooth. The dough consistency is thicker than for pancakes.

For the filling: in a bowl on low heat dissolve butter and sugar.

Add the peeled and sliced apples and gently stir. Add washed and dried with a paper towel raisins. Tormented all together on low heat for 3-4 minutes, gently turning the apples.

In a baking dish (diameter 20 cm), pour the dough, level.

Spread on top of stuffing from apples and raisins.

Sprinkle evenly over the entire surface, strasheim. Sent in to bake pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50-55 minutes. Readiness check wooden skewer. The finished cake remove from the oven, allow it to fully cool down.
