Baked soufflé with berries and jam
This light and airy dessert with a bright berry flavor almost completely devoid of fats and contains very little sugar, but you can be sure that serving warm, freshly baked soufflé with a scoop of low fat vanilla ice cream and a Cup of tea or coffee will bring You no less pleasure than a large piece of butter cake!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Jam

    4 Tbsp

  • Strawberry

    50 g

  • Raspberry

    50 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

Cooking

Defrost berries if using frozen. Proteins separated from the yolks in a separate bowl.

Beat whites with vanilla sugar to stable foam, add raspberry jam D arbo.

Gently stir beaten egg whites and marmalade, trying to keep the test volume.

In a fireproof baking dish lay defrosted berries on top of berries and protein mass.

Evenly distributed layer of meringue, bake 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius preheated oven until Browning the surface of the souffle.

Take out the finished soufflé from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Tastier soufflé is warm, I highly recommend you serve it with vanilla ice cream, it looks gorgeous to this dessert!
