Cheese cake-oatmeal
Cottage cheese is rich in calcium, oats are a storehouse of vitamins and minerals, by combining these two products, we'll make a delicious, low-calorie dessert.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Oat flakes

    100 g

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cognac

    2 Tbsp

Cottage cheese whipped with soft butter until fluffy, add the sugar and vanilla, whisking until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the eggs one by one whisking each time until the complete connection.

Blender to lightly grind the flakes, add them with the zest in the cheese - egg mixture, mix on low speed of mixer. Leave to swell for 20 minutes.

Flour mixed with baking powder, sift. Alternating with the brandy, stir gently into the dough. Put the dough in a greased form.

The oven is heated to 170 gr. bake the cake for 1 hour. Until dry sticks. Cupcake to cool on a wire rack. Submitted to tea. ENJOY YOUR TEA!!!
