Bulbuley
Potatoes and pumpkin. Though not very usual combination. And if we add more broccoli and set off the bacon? Really interesting, what happens? And since I am by nature "a culinary pervert" (as husband calls me), I could not pass up this recipe with the original name. The recipe belongs to the famous chef Denis Svatovo. I hope he'll forgive me because the recipe I changed a bit and adjusted himself.

Ingredients

Ingredients.

Breast, cut into 4 pieces. Season with salt, spread with mustard. Wrap in bacon. In a pan pour oil "Ideal" and heat. Sear on all sides until a ruddy crust. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
