Potato and celery grow
Very tasty potato side dish, the celery gives the dish a bright flavor. The top is crisp and inside tender and flavorful potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Celery root

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

The potatoes and celery root to clear.

Grate and drain off excess liquid, good squeeze.

Add the egg, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 190C. In a pan heat 3 tbsp oil. Put the mixture, and sauté 15 minutes. Putty knife to hold the edge of the growth, after to take a piece of butter, and to the edge of the pans, cook for another 10 minutes, until Golden brown.

Next, using the plate to flip over and do the same with the other side, until Golden brown, about 20 minutes. Then immediately put in a pre-heated oven, bake for another 15 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, or cream sauce. For sour sauce: grind in a mixer 200g. of sour cream, one cucumber and one clove of garlic with half a bunch of dill.
