Gingerbread-muffins
They're so delicious and fragrant, just beyond words, it really is a magical taste of the past. For the convenience of baking cakes used the shape of a muffin, really happy with the result. Spicy flavors still have a long fly around the house after baking, and a mouthful of a piece: ummmmmmmm what is real gingerbread!!! Highly recommend you try it!!!

Ingredients

  • Honey

    75 g

  • Brown sugar

    20 g

  • Butter

    35 g

  • Milk

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    30 g

  • Jam

    6 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Saffron

  • Ginger

  • Vanilla

  • Cardamom

  • Powdered sugar

  • Flour

    125 g

Cooking

Put in a saucepan the honey, butter, sugar and milk. Heat, stirring, until smooth, but do not boil! Allow to cool.

Chop almonds.

Flour mixed with spices, cocoa and baking powder.

Add the cooled honey mixture into the flour mix.

Add the nuts and egg, stir until smooth.

Muffin cups greased with oil or if silicone, there is no need. Within each recess to pour a little of the dough and lightly smear it on the sides and the bottom, in the center put 1 tsp. jam.

Pour on top some more test, just to top not apply, I put a bit too much, because the cakes really rise during baking. Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes, but check the output, focusing on his plate. The finished cakes allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar! It's delicious!!! Bon appétit!!!
