Description
Crepes de Pommes de Terre in French so they call these delicious pancakes. They are perfect as a side dish to steaks and chops or as a pillow for poached eggs. And as a separate dish, they are also very good. These fritters is a real find.

Cooking
Using a mixer mix in a bowl the cream cheese with the flour.
Add the eggs, salt and pepper. Mix all until smooth.
Cheese cut into cubes of 3 mm. and add to the mixture.
Potatoes peel and grate on a coarse grater. Taking handfuls of the potatoes a good squeeze to got out as much water as possible and mix with the remaining ingredients.
Supplement choose on taste, it may consist of a single ingredient or several. I prefer sauteed mushrooms with green onions and ham. You can do completely without additives, pancakes will still be excellent.
Optionally, the mixture, add heavy cream to dilute density, but don't make the mass too liquid.
In a pan heat a mixture of oil, spoon the fritters leveling them in the pan so that the thickness was 0.5 cm Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve hot or warm.
