Description
Flan - a great classic patisserie French bakery. It is a simple dessert made with eggs, sugar and milk (or cream). To put it simply is a baked pastry cream. There are many variants of the preparation of the flan. I suggest the flan from the French province of Gascogne. It is traditionally made of corn flour, but you can also use wheat flour. Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt).
In another bowl mix milk, vanilla extract and eggs.
Little by little add dry ingredients to milk-egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shape size 25.5 cm (10 inch).
Prepared Teso is poured into the form. Bake in a preheated up to 220S (425F) oven for about 1 hour and 45 minutes. The top of the prepared flan should be slightly brown.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Serve cold.
