Rice meatballs in tomato-cream sauce
To be tender and delicious meatballs that can be used as a complement to garnish or as a separate dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

  • Green onions

  • Parsley

  • Carrots

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the rice. Mix with minced meat, add raw egg and mix well.

From the resulting meat to form balls and put in a baking dish.

Prepare the sauce: simmer 2 minutes, the finely chopped onion in butter, then add carrots and simmer 2 minutes, add the tomato ketchup and flour, stir and pour a glass of water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and add sour cream, stir well. The sauce is ready!

Pour the meatballs sauce and put in the preheated oven until cooked (I prepared 30 minutes).

Ready-made meatballs, sprinkle with finely chopped green onions and garnish with parsley and serve! Bon appetit!
