Cooking
Potatoes peel and cut into pucks about 1 cm in thickness.
Carrots, celery, zucchini, peppers and onions cut into thin strips.
Reheat in a pan with sunflower oil, put in the garlic and fry it for 1 minute.
Then in a pan add the potatoes. Fry, until it turns rosy with Ondoy side.
Flip the potatoes, remove the garlic and throw it away. Fry the potatoes in the second part, too, until it will turn brown. Season with salt and pepper. Cover the potatoes and simmer for about 3-4 minutes until fully cooked. Ready potatoes spread on a kitchen towel for half a minute to absorb excess fat.
In parallel with cooking the potatoes, heat olive oil in another pan. Put the vegetables and fry them for about 3-4 minutes until they become Golden brown.
Then pour soy sauce to the vegetables and then their 2 minutes.
Potatoes spread on a plate overlap.
Top gently lay the vegetables and serve.
