Ragout with mushrooms
This is my debut on the Cook. The recipe is simple. The taste of new potatoes and mushrooms will appeal to many. And as a side dish under the roast meat is a very good option.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Green onions

    100 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

On the oil fry the potatoes whole on both sides until Golden brown. Onion cut into half rings (because my husband does not like onions, I didn't take it). Mushrooms cut into halves. Add onions and mushrooms to the potatoes, stir and fry for 5-7 minutes.

Peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes. Garlic, parsley and green onions chopped. All these add to the potatoes, season with salt and pepper, stir, sauté and simmer 15 minutes.

Pour sour cream and simmer for another 10 minutes.
