Description

Royal cinnamon buns
My son loves baking... And I, as the person is not on friendly terms with yeast dough, naturally search for recipes easier and tastier! And so, after many experiments, my search was crowned finally with success! The dough turned out the first time-lush, airy, flavorful. I want to share this recipe with You, dear cooks!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Margarine

    0.333 cup

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.75 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Initially the dough was done manually, but with crumenam I've adapted to the bread machine. So there you go! Egg shake well and mix with the warm milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and water. Include the bread maker to the "Dough". When all is said and placed - add the flour, previously mixed with drogami. And leave approach.
step-1
Roll out the dough into a rectangle, with a height of about 5-7mm
step-2
Grease with softened butter or margarine, distribute the sugar and cinnamon with a spoon. I decided this time to experiment and added a little plum plum
step-3
Fold into roll and cut into pieces approximately 3 cm
step-4
Spread rolls on a baking sheet and leave to Postoico for 40 minutes ( I do it in the oven with the door open, which barely included)
step-5
After prostone our rolls increased by 1.5-2 times
step-6
Now safely close the door put out 190-200 degrees and forward until it is rosy! time is approximately 10-20 minutes. When our buns have to be ruddy make a syrup.
step-7
For syrup you need: 3/4 tbsp. of Mar. powder, 1/2 vanilin sugar,4 tsp milk ( you can dilute the cream with water, and if not that, then just water). Mix everything and bring to boil on a slow fire.
step-8
So, ready! Get our hot flavorful crusty rolls from the oven and while they are hot plentifully lubricated by the syrup ( it is very important that the syrup has seeped deep into the swirls - then the product will be soaked and not dry!)
step-9
Well, Voila! I'm still true why then sprinkled with powder, but the taste definitely did not suffer!)))
step-10
And this is my little experiment with plums! turned out awesome vkusnyuschie layered juicy pie. Here's his cut!
step-11
More of that dough for these buns)))
