Inspired by the success of the cake Medovik and Your warm comments, I decided to put another family recipe for a simple cake.

Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar. Pour into a bowl.
Add half a Cup of sour cream and half a Cup of mayonnaise.
Add margarine, mashed with a fork.
Add a pinch of salt and soda, slaked vinegar (I have Apple) or lemon juice.
Mix (better with blender, to avoid lumps of margarine) and divide the dough into two equal parts in different bowls.
In one portion of the dough add cocoa and knead it.
In the form, greased with fat (in the center) melt two tablespoons of the white dough.
Then in the center of the white circle, one black test.
Then again, a spoonful of white and so on.
Should get here such beauty that we put in a preheated 250 degree oven for 30 minutes. 15 minutes from the start of baking is necessary to cover pie with foil. I spun around and barely missed the point, the edges slightly burnt.

Cooking chocolate glaze: in a saucepan put 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tsp cocoa, 3 tbsp sugar and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
