About black caviar
Diner pasta, the taste is reminiscent of black caviar. I used "eggs" as toppings for oats, rye pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Yogurt

    120 g

  • Water, carbonated

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Rye flour

    100 g

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Crackers

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Herring

    150 g

  • Vinegar

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

Cooking

Oat flakes grind in a coffee grinder into flour. Combine both kinds of flour, salt and soda.

Egg whisk with sugar until fluffy foam.

Add the yogurt, vegetable oil and water, whisk ground a little more.

Add the sifted flour, stir with a mixer on low speed until smooth.

Put the dough for 1 hour in refrigerator, then fry pancakes in vegetable oil on both sides until Browning.

In a pan heat vegetable oil, put chopped onion and fry it until lightly Browning.

Mix the onion with the crushed crackers, add coarsely chopped nuts.

Fry the mixture with constant stirring until Golden brown.

When the mixture is cooled to room temperature, add it to the herring fillets and grind in a blender until smooth. Add sugar to taste, vinegar, salt and pepper and once again punched out by a blender. Stuff pancakes "caviar" or serve it separately. Bon appetit!
