Stuffed schnitzel
Very juicy and appetizing.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    6 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

  • Greens

Prepare products

Wash the meat, dry with paper towels and beat. Season with salt and pepper.

Grate cheese, parsley and garlic chopped. Add the breadcrumbs, mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.

On each slice spread the resulting mass.

Roll to roll (or fold in half), secure with toothpick.

Heat sunflower oil and fry the rolls for 10-15 minutes on all sides until Golden brown. Leave in the oven for another 15 minutes.

Serve with vegetables and greens, after removing the toothpicks
