Cooking
You need to prepare all the ingredients.
First, pour boiling water separately the raisins and dried apricots, with prunes for 15-20 minutes.
Then merge with apricots and prunes with water in a Cup, we need it. In the bowl of a blender put the apricots, prunes, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Punch everything in a blender, periodically pouring water from a mug that would blend more easily mixed and was not dry. Leave the resulting mass to the side.
A pear peeled and cut into small cubes. If you have the opportunity, I recommend getting a Chinese pear. It gives a unique flavor!
The same is done with Apple. Apple is better to take harder classes.
Sent in a pan two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of cane sugar Mistral "Demerara".
On the stove melt the butter, stirring constantly, until the sugar is dissolved.
To the butter-sugar syrup add the chopped pear and simmer, stirring, three minutes.
Add two tablespoons brandy and simmer for another three minutes.
Carefully pour butter-sugar sauce in a separate bowl, we need it. Apples and pears should be without excess fluid.
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or using a blender.
Add two eggs, baking powder, vanilla, two tablespoons sugar, a tablespoon of sour cream and half of flour.
With a spoon begin to knead the dough.
When the dough will gather into a ball, place it on the table surface and add remaining flour while continuing to mix. Flour may need a little more or less. Depends on the cheese and other ingredients. In the end, the dough should be soft and elastic and does not stick to hands.
Roll the dough into the reservoir. Don't make it too thin. Will be awkward to shape the loaf.
Gently wrap the dough over the rolling pin.
Transfer it to a baking tray lined with baking paper. I do so because it's more convenient to wrap the roll and not have to bother with carrying it on a baking sheet.
The surface of the dough evenly lubricated with a filling of dried apricots prunes.
Further, on one edge put the apples and pears.
Then put the raisins, previously draining water from it.
Grind the almonds and sprinkle them over the surface.
With a sharp knife, make slanted cuts along the entire length of the roll.
Grease loaf butter-sugar sauce left over from apples and pears. If the sauce managed by this time to solidify, heat it in the microwave.
Sprinkle the whole roll cane sugar Mistral "Demerara".
Cuts sprinkle almond petals. Sent to be baked in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
The finished loaf should be Golden brown and a toothpick test should the test come out dry.
Meatloaf can be eaten hot or chilled.
