Brown bread dessert
Very tasty. The variety of flavors is impressive. Perfect for a Cup of tea. Perfect for foie Gras. The smell is just insane, at the same time and bread, and chocolate cakes and something honey.

Ingredients

  • Rye flour

    235 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Raisins

    30 g

  • Walnuts

    30 g

Cooking

Mix 100 gr. rye flour, hot water and yeast in a warm place to liquefy for 20 minutes.

In a container put the remaining rye flour, wheat flour, salt, cocoa and mix well. Add diluted yeast, honey, vegetable oil.

Dried apricots, prunes cut into 4 pieces each. To the dough add the apricots, prunes, raisins and chopped nuts.

Knead the dough until smooth. Hands grease with vegetable oil, so much easier.
