Tomato sauce for fish
With the scent of orange peel.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    600 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Orange zest

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onions and garlic peel, chop. Heat in a saucepan with 3 tbsp oil, fry the onions, garlic and the zest of 6 minutes.

Pour balsamic vinegar and cook, stirring occasionally, until it is completely evaporated.

Add tomatoes and cook, flexing them with a fork on medium heat for 15 minutes. Remove the sauce from heat, remove the lemon zest. Add the sugar, season with salt and pepper. All mix well.
