Meatballs with wild garlic
Tender, soft, delicious burgers! While there is wild garlic, every day I prepare something, adding it to the dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Semolina

    4 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Ramsons

    150 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    50 g

  • Carrots

    70 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Seasoning

Cooking

Minced vegetables in a large bowl.

Add semolina instead of bread.

Chopped onion and egg.

Pour water and mix well (I always add water to the meat. Kneaded it by hand. The meat becomes airy and soft).

Add the garlic and one more egg.

Stir and sprinkle the salt seasoning instead of salt.

Add the grated carrots.

Knead the minced meat.

Saute cutlets in flour. Well in the breadcrumbs.

Fry both sides in olive oil. It is possible and on the other oil.

I got 14 meatballs. Two per serving, for a total of 7 servings.
