Cooking
Minced vegetables in a large bowl.
Add semolina instead of bread.
Pour water and mix well (I always add water to the meat. Kneaded it by hand. The meat becomes airy and soft).
Add the garlic and one more egg.
Stir and sprinkle the salt seasoning instead of salt.
Saute cutlets in flour. Well in the breadcrumbs.
Fry both sides in olive oil. It is possible and on the other oil.
Here and burgers. Soft, tender, delicious!
I got 14 meatballs. Two per serving, for a total of 7 servings.
On the side I cooked buckwheat. Sauce not tucked, so as ready-made cereal added olive oil.
My men on the side want French fries and refueled spicy ketchup. To take a picture of their portions, of course, as always, did not.
