Cooking
Chop the Turkey neck into large chunks. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry powder and your favourite spices (I personally love more of red hot pepper). Leave for an hour.
Onions, extra, cut into half rings.
Neck fry in vegetable oil on high heat until a beautiful Golden color.
Fried neck to fold into a cauldron, pour the onion, add sour cream and pour the beer. Cook for 1.5-2 hours on low heat.
Garnish what you want! I outrageously wanted barley porridge. Delicious!!! Yum!!!!!
