Frutti di mare / Seafood Italian
This recipe was taught to me by an Italian friend. Easy, very healthy snack of seafood cocktail.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    0.5 kg

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Green peas

    200 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Seasoning

This dish should be prepared in ceramic dishes. Put a ceramic pot on a slow fire, pour olive oil. Put in the garlic, Bay leaf and Italian herbs. Once the garlic and Bay leaf will give your taste oil, to throw them away.

Add the defrosted seafood mix and simmer for 8 minutes.

Pour into a saucepan wine. Put out a little wine to slightly evaporate.

Add the green peas.

Saute for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped celery. Saute 5 minutes.

Serve in a Cup of soft white bread (ciabatta).

Or with rice.
