Lean coffee cake with black currant
Pie is good for a change during lent. Different aromas. Pleasant taste and smell of black currant.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Citric acid

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Sunflower oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    3 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Black currants

Ingredients for the cake - flour, sugar, coffee, currants, soda, salt, baking powder, citric acid, vanillin, oil, water.

In a bowl sift the flour, put sugar, vanilla, salt, baking powder, soda, citric acid and coffee. Dry ingredients mix and pour in the water. Pour the water slowly. Add the oil and mix well.

The dough should be as sour cream.
