Crackers with sesame seeds and capsicum
Homemade crispy crackers with the addition of paprika, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. With a pleasant spicy taste, do not contain animal products, perfect post.

Ingredients

  • Water

    60 ml

  • Rye flour

    50 g

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

Cooking

In a deep container to sift the rye and wheat flour, add the paprika, ground red pepper, 1 tsp sesame seeds and baking powder.

Pour in vegetable oil and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.

To the mixture add hot water (not boiling water!), stir with a spoon and with your hands knead the dough.

Table sprinkle with flour, roll the dough into a thin layer (approximately 3 mm).

Layer transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, lightly pressing down into the dough. Cut into small squares.

Bake crackers in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
