Cupcakes
Very soft, airy and delicious muffins with jam.

Ingredients

  • Jam

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Vanilla

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Proteins separated from the yolks, beat in the lush foam with sugar.

The yolks also separately, whisk at high speed incandescent. Then add the melted butter, vegetable oil, milk, turmeric, baking powder, vanilla, sifted flour, knead the dough. Carefully enter proteins.

In muffin tins blend a tablespoon of dough. In the middle put about a teaspoon of jam (I used strawberry and blueberry).

Fillable forms another spoon test, but not until the end. Sent in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
