Cooking
Time recipe excluding the time spent on the dough! I kneaded the dough in the bread maker: mix vegetable oil with water, sugar and salt. On top put the flour, make a small hole and add a hole in this yeast. But in this case I added a more mustard and gave the dough the bread maker.
While the dough is mixed, we have enough time to cook toppings.
Boil the lentils according to the instructions. In this case, 1:2. Cook for 10 minutes.
Put the butter, allow to melt, stir and cool.
The finished dough with a small addition of a little flour kneaded hands (do not overdo it, otherwise the dough will be shot down and not air).
Roll out a layer oval. Grease egg yolk.
Put the lentils, slightly pressing into the dough.
A collapsible roll. Try to do it, as tightly as possible.
Baking dish greased with oil, if required, and place in it, our future bread.
Grease the top with egg yolk. And put into the oven for 30-40 minutes (depending on oven I have an electric, on the middle shelf) at 180 C.
Ready bread out of the oven, do not remove, cover with a dry towel and allow to cool.
Here is our mess of mustard, the bread is ready to eat! ;D
