Description

Cottage cheese casserole
Autumn this year we have in the suburbs is wonderful! Golden sun! And the mood to match the weather! The task was to attach a rustic cottage, bought almost a week ago and to which no one has ever touched it. With such a wonderful mood - easy! Honestly, I was looking for in the search engines, but will remove the recipe without the claims, if already such is. As a result, solid improvisation turned out very tasty, tender casserole, it's safe to say souffle. Help yourself to health!

Cooking

step-0
Apologies, but photos of the beginning process! Eggs, sugar, sour cream, cream, vanilla - massage into lather! Add the cheese and grind in a blender. Flour mixed with baking powder and combine with cottage cheese mixture. Add the raisins, of course washed and dried, and the flour dusted! And I forgot again! Walnuts chop with a knife, singing a song! Everything in the bowl with the mixture.
step-1
Form for baking grease with butter and showered with almonds! The beauty of falling leaves!
step-2
Cut into pieces-leaves Apple. We spread it on the bottom and sides of the form. To be honest, after baking this ornament nobody noticed, well, okay, but the process went beautifully!
step-3
Pour the cheesecake mixture into the mold. On top of the grapes and almonds! All! Everything goes in the oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees.
step-4
This is what happened! The leaves, as expected in the fall, tanned.
step-5
Burnt but not much! You can turn and no one will notice, but I did not.
step-6
The casserole turned out very tender!
step-7
Brew tea and enjoy your meal! The first bite mommy! If she liked the best reward for the work done!!!
