Vegetable stew with squid
Yesterday I wanted something sort of... so easy and delicious, and generally... that's happened))... help yourself)))

Ingredients

  • Squid

    2 piece

  • Asparagus

    250 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Corn

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Onion cut into half rings and sent to the pan

Fry it until soft

Cut the pre-cooked green beans, pepper and carrot (in the carrot principle, you can RUB, but so beautiful... just slice thinly)

Add to the onions, stir and simmer for 10 minutes

Now for the squid... that's what they have me great)))... defrost (I just cleaned) and my

Cut into strips, put in a colander and poured boiling water... stir and again poured)))

Now check our vegetables to the preparedness... and if they are almost ready, add the squid, corn and sliced medium-sized pieces of tomato... salt, pepper... you can add a teaspoon of soy sauce) simmer for 5 minutes.. most importantly, the squid were not rubber... so do not overdo)
