Description
This recipe from "the recipe Collection of the school of Gastronome". Printed it a long time ago, but couldn't bring himself to do it. Then I thought, why not. I tried the chicken breast in cocoa (Leila's recipe), chicken in coffee (also a recipe from our website), you should try to do with chocolate. Decided - did. The sauce was very flavorful, there is the smell of chocolate, but..... when you eat, it is very difficult to determine its presence. And in combination with chicken is just a fairy tale(IMHO). Dish liked all of our family.

Cooking
Onion, garlic and pepper peel and finely chop. Chocolate RUB on a grater.
Tomatoes pour over boiling water, remove the skin and cut into cubes. Add to the tomato in the flour, coriander, and chopped nuts. All is well pramesti.
Meat salt, pepper (if you have whole chicken, cut it into slices) and give a little stand. Then fry the chicken in vegetable oil on all sides until Golden brown. And fold it in the pan.
Then take onions, garlic, hot pepper and fry still in the vegetable oil for a few minutes. Put all this to the chicken + broth, bring to a boil and simmer until tender.
Then take out the pieces (with them already we will not do anything). And prepare our sauce. In the pan, where stewed chicken, add the tomatoes, mix with flour, nuts and coriander, stir and stew for about 5 minutes. At this stage, try the sauce and add salt and pepper.
In the end add chocolate, mix well. It also does not prevent to remove a sample of the sauce. Can this sauce, letting it cool slightly, beat with a blender. He will be more homogeneous as a puree. But I didn't. Here's our sauce is ready. Might he not, but the taste..... delicious. Open the lid and there is a smell of chocolate... mmmmmmm... just stunned.
Spread the chicken pieces on platter and pour sauce. We ate fried chicken with rice.
