Fruit buns
Share a recipe that saw the transfer of Relish. The guest was Anastasia Stotskaya. Buns are prepared very simply and, interestingly, no fluids, with the exception of vegetable oil. I changed the recipe a little - instead of cranberries and almonds I added walnuts and raisins. Good for those who are watching their figure and also a very useful baby. Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    40 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

First mix all the dry ingredients: cereal, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, baking powder (the amount of sugar for the sweet tooth; for those who don't like sweet, sugar you can add less).

Walnuts chopped, raisins wash and dry.

Banana cut into small pieces, Apple peel and grate on a fine grater.

Add to dry mixture, nuts, raisins, banana and Apple. Pour the sunflower oil and mix well.

Sorry for my maiden memory - forgot to take a picture of the buns before baking. Line a baking sheet baking paper and arrange the buns. Bake in a preheated oven to 180-200g. for 20-25 min. until Golden brown.

Fruit buns are ready! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Pour milk and call the kids in the afternoon!
