Pie with meat and potatoes
My severe cooks, don't go away mad ... again meat pie. Delicious? – Yes!.. Not challenging? – Quite.. This is my first meat pie. Maybe someone also wants to try?

Ingredients

  • Meat

    150 g

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Black pepper

  • Thyme

Cooking

Mix melted butter, sour cream, 1 egg, 0.5 tsp. salt and baking powder.

Pour the flour (2-2. 5 cups as needed the dough). Knead soft, elastic dough. Wrap the dough in cling film.

Prepare the filling. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.

Meat cut into small pieces. Add to potatoes and onions.

Add the minced meat. Salt and good pepper. In the potato-meat mixture, add thyme to taste (I have about 2 tsp).

Divide the dough into 2 pieces (one slightly larger). Both parts roll out to a thickness of 5 mm., sprinkle the surface with flour. Baking tray lay a baking paper, greased. Put a larger circle (oval) test on which to distribute the filling.

Cover with the second circle (ellipse) of dough, edge stung.

The surface coat with the egg mixed with a few spoons of water. Pie often prick with a fork.

Bake in preheated oven (180-190 deg.) to complete Browning (45-50 min), focusing on your oven.
