Cooking
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Proteins with sugar vzbit in a solid foam (I whip 15-18 minutes).
Cocoa with flour lightly gently mix with whipped mass (it is not recommended to mix carefully,as in the mixing of the mass is accumulated)
Spread on a baking sheet with foil, greased, flatten.
Put in hot oven, bake at 350 for 13-14 minutes (important not to overdry; the top of the cake should be vlazhnovatoy: do not let that bother).
Mix the egg yolks with sugar, add milk and flour, mix well. Brewing cream on medium, then on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
Cool completely. Add the butter and cream cheese (mascarpone).
Cocoa mix with sugar and milk, add oil, slit cubes, bring to boil and on low heat cook for 3-5 minutes.
