Mom on new year gave me a new book of recipes. It is Sooo many Goodies. But I want to please you with this simple and mega delicious cake.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    0.75 cup

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Orange zest

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Jam

    3 Tbsp

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

Cooking

Softened butter to mix with sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, starch, Muki, baking powder, zest and milk.

Mix with a mixer for 2 min.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one add cocoa, mix well. Baking tray lay a parchment. On one half pour the batter light, the other dark. Bake at 200C for 7-10 minutes (depending on oven). Cool.

For the filling, melt on a slow fire jam. Add the liqueur. Allow to cool a little. spread the dark part of the jam. Dry. Cover white koriem and press. The edge trim. Carefully cut the dough into rectangles 2х4см. Mix cocoa, milk and sugar on slow heat to cook the frosting. to cool down a bit. Lubricate each piece. Cool.
