  • Pork

  • Carrots

  • Eggplant

  • Zucchini

  • Bay leaf

  • Oregano

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cheese

Pork cut into arbitrary slices (lean version of the first 2 steps are eliminated).

Carrots and onions cut into cubes. Simmer with meat for about 15 min on low fire.

The rest of the vegetables cut into cubes. Zucchini,

potatoes.

Vegetables mixed with meat and spices, add the greens. Spread into a baking pan.

Pour a glass of water. Bake in the oven until the potatoes are done, about 30-40 minutes, at 200-220 gr.

While the moussaka is baking, make the filling. Beat the eggs, add a Cup of yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. If the fill is made from fresh milk, add 1 tbsp of flour.

When the potato is ready, pour moussaka with a mixture of eggs and yogurt. Bake for another 15 minutes.

RUB cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle moussaka. Bake to desired it will turn brown.
