Carrot souffle
Bright and Sunny soufflé is well suited for Breakfast, and child and adult. It turns out tender and "melting" consistency, with a pleasant aroma. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Semolina

    25 g

  • Flour

    25 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Turmeric

    2 pinch

  • Strawberry syrup

    25 ml

  • Mint

  • Dark chocolate

    5 g

Cooking

Carrots peeled, cut into slices and boil in milk until soft (this takes about half an hour).

Boiled carrots with milk, grind in a blender. Cool.

Add egg yolk, flour, semolina, sugar and softened butter. Mix well. If You think a soufflé is not bright enough, you can add a couple pinches of turmeric.

To prepare the soufflé, I used a butter "Ecomilk".
