Wheat-rye bread with raisins for howcast
So I went back to baking bread. This recipe will appeal to anyone who loves bread with added dried fruit. I love this kind of bread. Today is not for a bread machine. Lyubasha, this bread is for you.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Rye flour

    200 g

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    50 g

Dissolve yeast in warm whey (or milk) + sugar. Stir and leave before the formation of the cap (it can take different amounts of time, it all depends on the yeast). We did the sourdough.

Now combine in a bowl both kinds of flour, butter (which I melted), salt and raisins. We add here the prepared dough.

Knead the dough, first with a spatula and then with your hands. If necessary add more flour (wheat), but I did not add. Here is the dough I did.

To put it in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise for 1-1.5 hours On photo dough is coming up.

Put the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, and form from it a loaf of any shape. I divided the dough in half and made two small loaves. To shift our loaves on a baking tray lined with paper and greased. Let rise about 1-1.5 hours

Can make the loaf any incisions, but you can not do. For cuts you need a very sharp knife (I have the cuts not quite happened, because there was no such knife). Sprinkle the bread with water.

Bake the bread at 180 to 200*C until done, about an hour (but this time individually for each oven). Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
