Dried fruits soak in the wine for 20-30 minutes.
The chicken carcass wash, dry cloth and RUB inside and out with salt, sprinkle with pepper. Inside the carcass put the soaked dried fruit, pour the remnants of wine and olive oil. Along with the chicken, you can cook the vegetables: onion, tomato, sweet pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes at t 180* periodically pouring wine.
Serve it hot, cut into portions, garnish - dried.
