Casserole of noodles with broccoli
Zapekanka with vegetables without meat. Recipe taken from the German magazine "Cook and enjoy". So cook and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Vermicelli

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Broccoli

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Broth

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

1. Boil noodles 10 minutes in salted water. Drain in a colander. 2. The vegetables and mushrooms clean. Carrots and mushrooms are cut into thin slices, onion cubes.

3. Carrot fry in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. So as to add 150 ml of water and 1 tsp of dry soup. Give a boil, cover and simmer for 2 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer for another 3 minutes. Vegetables recline in a colander, pour the broth.

4. 1 tbsp olive oil heated in a frying pan, fry mushrooms with onions. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Milk, broth and beat the eggs and salt.

5. Noodles, vegetables and mushrooms to mix in the baking dish.

7. And sprinkle with cheese.

8. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
