Cooking
Prepare the necessary products.
Softened butter RUB with cane sugar Demerara until fluffy state.
Add the egg and a pinch of salt.
Ricotta mashed with a fork in a jar and add to the oil.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and knead a soft dough. The dough will be sticky, don't worry about it much flour.
Put the dough on plastic wrap, form a roll, wrap the dough in cling film and refrigerate for 30-50 minutes.
Chilled dough, remove from refrigerator. From test to cut off 1/4, roll into a flagellum, as for the dumplings, cut into pieces. From pieces to roll into balls. Put on the laid parchment baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 C.
Finished cookies remove from the oven and allow to cool.
For the glaze mix powdered sugar with milk and cover with biscuits. Add milk gradually to achieve the desired density. While the glaze is not frozen, sprinkle the decorative package to stuck. To obtain a coloured glaze, add food coloring.
