Cooking
Start the dough: eggs+butter+boiled water+salt+sugar+soda at the tip of the knife. Beat 5 minutes Add the sifted flour. Whisk 5 minutes Pour in the hot milk. Whisk on low speed for 5 minutes and on high for another 5 min.
