Chicken Breasts with orange and white wine
Delicious, flavorful and quite juicy!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    4 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The flour mix with a pinch of salt and pepper, dip them in this mixture of chicken breast.

In a deep frying pan heat the olive and butter. Put in the pan the chicken Breasts and fry on average heat on each side for 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle chicken with zest.

Pour chicken Breasts with orange juice.

Sprinkle with a dry white wine.

Bring to the boil, cover with a lid and tormented on low heat for 10 minutes. Orange peel, cut into rings. Chicken Breasts pour in the whipped cream.

Put the mug orange and heated for another minute, shaking the pan periodically.

Spread on a plate, add a garnish to the rice, pour the sauce and sprinkle with parsley. (My prefer dill, but parsley is best). BON APPETIT!!!
