Cooking
The fish is cleaned from the scales, wash and cut into portions. Pieces sprinkle with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice, pour soy sauce (better watersystem). Put to marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, three grated pickles, very finely chop the onion (you can grate).
Chopped vegetables put in a saucepan and add lemon juice.
Put in a bowl the mayonnaise and mix everything thoroughly. The sauce is ready.
Cheese grate on a fine grater.
Mix beaten eggs with cheese. It turns out that's the mass.
Take the fish and coat it in flour.
Now dip the fish in egg-cheese mass and immediately put on a heated with oil pan. Fry on both sides. It turns out this is such a wonderful fish! BON APPETIT!!! :-) :-) :-)
