The yogurt turns out thick, tender and flavorful, which passes all its properties to the cake-ice cream. The exquisite taste of this ice cream cake is rewarded for taking cooking time.

Yogurt cooking is a pleasure, because without much effort get a very tasty yogurt. In the container of the yogurt maker-thermos flask pour water, add dry yeast, shake and leave in a thermos for 6-10 hours. The finished yogurt and put in the fridge to cool.
Get fragrant, thick yogurt.
Divide yogurt into 3 parts. One of them, add strawberry syrup.
Whisk until the weight increase by 2 times. Put in freezer and whisk every 20 to 30 minutes to form ice crystals.
To cook chocolate ice cream chocolate icing. 50 g. of water mixed with cocoa powder and sugar, bring to a boil, cooled.
In the chocolate glaze added the 2nd part of the yogurt, whisk and put in the freezer.
In the third part of the yogurt, add the powdered sugar, whisk and put in the freezer.
Next, assemble the cake alternating colors. In the form put the pack and fill ice cream with strawberry syrup, cooled.
In silicone molds pour a portion of ice cream with powdered sugar. It put on ice cream sundaes.
Chocolate ice cream poured into the form. Put the resulting roll ice cream and turn.
The rectangular cover from the cake, pour a layer of ice cream with syrup, then a layer of chocolate ice cream.
In the form put the ice cream roll. Pour the remaining ice cream.
After complete hardening of the ice cream that is freed from form. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
