Muesli with green tea for kids
All know that muesli is very tasty and healthy Breakfast. But for kids, in my opinion, regular oat flakes are too big. So I want to offer them granola cereals with bran from "Mistral". Kids with them will be easier and the use more.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    2 cup

  • Green tea

    0.5 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    0.5 cup

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Sunflower seeds

    0.5 cup

  • Sesame

    0.25 cup

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix all the dry ingredients.

To brew green tea, drain. Pour oil, honey and stir.

All combine and mix well. Baking tray lay a baking paper and spread the mixture evenly. Put in the oven at t= 200 for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 min. to crisp.

Cool and store in a tightly closed jar. You can then use with yogurt, cottage cheese, salad and other dishes.
