Sponge cake with rhubarb and banana
There was the first rhubarb, a great opportunity to bake a delicious pie!! Give your version of this cake! Tasty, fast and low products!!.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    7 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Rhubarb

    6 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Sunflower seeds

    3 Tbsp

To start, chop the rhubarb and banana and mix them with 2 tablespoons sugar.

Now you can make the dough. The easiest recipe of biscuit dough will be perfect. Take 5 eggs, add 5 tablespoons of sugar and whisk everything with a mixer in a light, creamy foam.

Most importantly, beat well. Weight should be fluffy and pale cream, almost white. If you don't whisk enough, you get sweet scrambled eggs. Should be something like this.

Now you can add the vanilla sugar and sifted the flour through a sieve. Mix gently. I stir with a whisk from the mixer. Also, not much stirring, add the pieces of rhubarb and banana. If you juice a lot, the filling can be strain.
